Welcome to WindowsAid, a remote support company that provides you online support to your computer through remote access and fix your computer problem. The WindowsAid service and network are operated by highly qualified and certified technicians. By registering yourself on our web site at www. WindowsAid .com, you (the  “User”) signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ( “Terms of Use ” or  “Agreement “), as a registered member of WindowsAid . WindowsAid reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If WindowsAid does this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or continue services. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.


The Plan Order will form the part of the “Agreement ” if the person above the age of eighteen (18) Register himself/herself for receiving WindowsAid services for the desired packages and as per the needs of the user\’s computer without anyone \’s undue pressure and with the full consent of the individual “You “) as well as The Plan Order will form the part of the  “Agreement ” only if the same has been acknowledged by  ” WindowsAid   ” in writing or by an e-mail. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to use the WindowsAid Portal (defined below), or obtain Services (defined below).

Subscription Qualifications; Account Security: To make a subscription on WindowsAid, you must register yourself and comply with these Terms of subscription. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your user ID and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all subscription and other activities that occur under your account. WindowsAid offers its products only to those users who can legally make purchases with a credit card. If you are under 18, you can make subscription on WindowsAid only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. WindowsAid reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts, at any time in its sole discretion.

This Site is intended solely for resolving the computer problems of the users and therefore user should be more than eighteen (18) years of age to take a prompt decision and should be capable enough to understand the remote support technology and should understand the terms while subscribing WindowsAid Service packages. Person above the age of eighteen (18) once registered with the subscription packages should not ask for the refund or cancellation of subscription packages unless otherwise the following things occur:

You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active. The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.

30 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a WindowsAid technician “SERVICES” AND “WindowsAid PORTAL “

All references to “Services” refer to any WindowsAid  service plan that you enter into with WindowsAid  through use of the WindowsAid  web portal located at www.WindowsAid ltd.com or by calling the WindowsAid  phone number mentioned on the web portal. These Terms and Conditions govern all plans available through the WindowsAid Portal, and any use of the WindowsAid Portal. In the event of any conflict these Terms and Conditions control any Plan Order form that you submit requesting Services (“Plan Order)

“Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQ’s, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the Portal are the proprietary and copyrighted work of WindowsAid  and/or its suppliers. The definition of other WindowsAid owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.


“Software” means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by WindowsAid or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both WindowsAid Software and Third Party Software.

 Subscription Based Support

“Subscription Based Support” is tenured Subscription plans offered by WindowsAid that are active for a specified period and will not include any Instant Support such as ”Per Incident Plan ” or the like.

Submission of Plan Orders; Service Plans

You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the WindowsAid Portal or by calling WindowsAid at our help desk number I.e. Once WindowsAid accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, and then you will receive an email from WindowsAid at the email address that you provide or have provided to WindowsAid as part of the Registration Process for the Services. WindowsAid is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. WindowsAid will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution over the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances including remote access. You understand that if remote access is used on your computer there will be no residual software from the remote session; however, there may be a text file placed on your computer that will explain the work that was done on your computer. If such a text file is placed on your computer, you have the option to either save the file for future reference or to delete it from your computer. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to WindowsAid Warranty, which is set forth below. For more information, please refer to online documentation.


Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. You understand that certain Service Plans may have onetime fee including, but not limited to “Service Fee” and/or ”Activation Fee “. When you purchased the Service, you agreed to specific FEE and plan, which may have included a term of one, two or three years (“Term Plan”). This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the Service Plan unless otherwise stated in the Plan Order.

Payment Method and Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover and Diner\’s Club credit cards and certain debit cards, as forms of payment. By submitting an order through WindowsAid portal, you authorize the Company, or its designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify for the subscribed amount. All payments are to be made in United Kingdom Pound. When you provide your credit card or debit card number to WindowsAid, you may authorize us to store your card number and related payment information which will be used only for renewing the subscription packages

Card Payment

You may be asked to provide us with a debit or a credit card number for subscribing the services as WindowsAid also uses a very secure and easy mode of payment in order to activate your Service. You hereby authorize WindowsAid to charge and/or place a hold on your debit or a credit card with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment. You authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize WindowsAid  and/or any other company who bills products or services, or acts as billing agent for to WindowsAid  continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide WindowsAid online with updated credit card information upon WindowsAid request in case any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither WindowsAid  nor any WindowsAid  affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event you are enrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at WindowsAid option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you an additional $16.00 or £10.00.

Renewal Policy

You understand that WindowsAid subscription will renew at end of your subscription cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your credit card will be charged with the amount of the then prevailing subscription charges as per the payment option that you selected at the time of registering with WindowsAid. If you would like to opt out of the ’Auto Renewal ‘ then you can opt.

Early Termination Fee

When you purchased the Service, you agreed to a specific price and plan, which may have included a term. You agree that if you cancel your plan before the end of the term, you will pay the early termination fee associated with that plan. If you did not sign up for a term plan, the term for your Service will be month-to-month.

Refund Policy

For subscription based support; a full refund will be issued if WindowsAid has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. If you have one or more resolved issues, then prorated amount till the current quarter of the subscription will be retained and the balance will be refunded. For e.g. – if you subscribe to one of our annual plans on 1-Jan-10(with expiry on 31-Dec-10), and you decide to cancel the subscription in May-10 (after one or more of your issues are resolved), WindowsAid  will retain pro-rata subscription amount for two quarters and processing Charges (if any) and refund the balance to you. For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active The issue is out of scope for the particular plan 15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a WindowsAid technician.

Free Registration For Guests; Limited License To Use Of WindowsAid Portal

If you are not currently subscribed for a Service, then you are regarded as a “Guest “. Usage of the WindowsAid Portal by current WindowsAid customers outside of the scope of a Service specified under an applicable Plan Order is also treated as a ”Guest “. As a Guest you may use the WindowsAid Portal and Materials specifically designated as available to guests on the WindowsAid Portal for the limited purposes of (1) deciding whether to subscribe to the Services provided by WindowsAid, (2) registering with WindowsAid and submitting Plan Orders only. The foregoing license grant is a non-exclusive revocable license.

User Responsibility And No Claims Against WindowsAid Online Technician

WindowsAid technicians are highly qualified and certified technician, who has undergone years of practical knowledge and experience. In connection with obtaining Services, you agree that you will cooperate with the WindowsAid Technician; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support to you. Our experience shows that most issues can be corrected as a result of close cooperation between you and the technician. Please listen carefully to the technician and follow the technician’s instructions. You must confirm the things asked by the technicians, if actions taken against the order of the technicians while providing support to the computer and anything wrong happens to the computer then WindowsAid technicians are not responsible for this kind of faults and you should agree not to claim from WindowsAid for the damage or any kind of malfunctions in favor of your computer.
